Shoba Projects proactively adopts a safe working environment to enhance the wellbeing of its employees and the communities within its areas of operation. We affirm our commitment in complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, No. 85 of 1993, Construction Regulation of 2014 and Mine Health and Safety Act of 1996 through our endless pursuit of better and safer way to control and monitor all health and safety aspects in our projects. We have adopted a zero tolerance in all health and safety related matter.

Shoba Projects emphasises environmental awareness in everything it does. We are keenly aware of the impact its operations and projects may have on the environment and, as a result, implement programmes and policies to minimise adverse effects focusing on construction methods and materials that allow for a greener project construction process.
